We, the undersigned, call on Aleksander Čeferin, the chairman of UEFA (Union of European Football Associations) to, at the draw for the qualifying tournament of the Euro 2024 competition, to announce that Ukraine will automatically qualify for the finals and that the Russian Federation will be banned from the competition if by September 1st 2022, Russia has not formally withdrawn from Ukraine, and signed an internationally binding armistice and peace treaty with Ukraine.

Since the Russian invasion of the nation, 46,000 people in the country have been killed, 15 million (33%) of the population have been displaced and at least €559 billion worth of damage has been inflicted on the nation. Russia must not have anything to do with Euro 2024 until there is a formal and lasting ceasefire monitored by the United Nations with Ukraine going in their place
