This petition is to raise awareness of harassment and threats towards an individual or their family member(s)or personal acquaintances. As well as to inform you that you have rights as a citizen to protect yourself by any means necessary. I personally am a victim of sexual assault &physical abuse by another human being in the states of Tucson, AZ and Las Vegas, NV and possibly California, as well as experiencing identity theft. I have experienced threats against myself and family and I'm doing anything and everything possible to protect myself and my children as well as family. My heart goes out to victims of the same or similar circumstances. Its never easy going through but getting out and seeking help is available and is there help. Personally I am addressing circumstances that could lead to being a victim of abuse or are being abused. I want people to know no matter what gender, race or ethnicity no one deserves to be a victim of somebody elses demise or malicious intent in order to inflict harm. You have options to file a Injunction of harassment, file a police report, get a order of protection and/or restraining order, etc. at any court house and your local police department i.e. Tucson Police Dept. or Sheriff's Department. They have safe havens for women and children who are trying to escape domestic violence or sexual assault. Please help me spread this message to others as a community to protect one another but also help secure a safe future for ourselves, children, future generation, and family. Thank you.
