The Key Colony dog park has become a mud pit and an eye sore. I propose that we put down artificial turf to help it look better and keep cleaner. If there is concern we can also install cameras to fine owners who do not clean up after their dogs. This should be an easy project that would not only benefit dog owners but also beautify our grounds.
