In an Attempt to provide health and safety. Concerns regarding my daughter  and taking the necessary legal steps provided  by Canadian Mental health  I was provided with the proper channels given to me to take the steps to help my daughter Natasha Brown. Of St thomas Ontario Canada .. this was a result from a prior petition I began  late june 2019 called the Situation program my goal was 100 signatures completed victory and 102  final result. This petition is based on the aftermath of one disgruntal  employee at Kettle Creek residency group home mental health issues  . On june 21 2019 I approached staff at this residence regarding the state of my daughters room my daughter  suffering from mental phycosis hearing voices was off all meds and became agitated and smahed her room . Closet door and bed frames were smashed including mirror this incident took place 1 month before I flew from Calgary to St Thomas to save my daughters life . I asked staff why the room was in this condition they explained my daughter wrecked the room they did not explain why the broken mirror or sharp chards of wood remained in the living quarters of my daughter who if in another mental breakdown could have harmed herself and others staff fail to provide safety measures by removing all sharp  objects . I became angry made a post on Facebook and suddenly  recieved a friends request by this Laura Janzen. A health professional  out of control here is her text ......I really wish you'd come to talk to staff and the housing manager to find out the situation before blasting people who care for your daughter on social media. She has  violated health and safety regulations resulting as a manager she also violated her role as a health professional by contacting me under false pretense as a friend on face book to blast me for telling me I failed to go to staff when clearly I had.  This petition is to bring more awareness to the lack of medical and management ethics Laura Janzen has initiated by contacting me for calling this agency out do your job kettle Creek  fire Laura Janzen. I gave accomplished more in 2 weeks then she as my daughters case worker accomplished in 2 years my daughter is now safe and in good hand at The ST Thoms mental health center in patients,  she was given a drug screen and was clean  for how long has Laura janzen failed her duties in her role . ST Thomas health inspector has been contacted ministry of health social services mental unit and cmha regarding this  womens neglect as a case manager and a manager Laura Janzen  has failed the residency of 58 ST George st ST Thomas Ontario Canada  I have extended my stay to see that my daughter gets the care she needs and stabilized to fly her back to Calgary and further her medical needs where she will no longer be forced to sleep on the floor at a government funded faciality . I asked my daughter july 2 2019 does odsp pay her rent does the cheque go to Laura Janzen  my daughter said they get her cheque  I then asked do they give you money to live she said I dont know . Laura Janzen wheres her money. This women accused me of clearly not coming to staff i did . A female staff member working her shift on june 21 or 22 23 , sat by me in the waiting area this female  was asked by me why my daughters room was this way she explained to me that my daughter had smashed her room prior weeks a month to me asking . This female staff member did not at any time during our conversation tell me the reason the room was left the way it was was because the staff was afraid for their lives . Nor did she tell me as Laura Janzen story goes that they tried to enter many time and were threatened.  She lied to social service mental health at ST Thomas mental health unit  Lisa , she lied to cmha Canadian mental health association,  she lied to er superiors and she will continue her lie o you the people of your communities.  Laura in my court document dated  june 26 2019 I shared the original story zi was given . With all agencies involved it us funny how your story differs after my daughter is hospitalized it is unprofessional how you fb me as a friend and blast ne for being a concerned  mother. Because of your lie you gave managed to make yourself look  bad  . You as the manager were responsible for my daughter you were also responsible to call the police if she in fact  threat you and or your staff . So you see you failed my daughter and your community by not getting  her the help she need . I came home  and look where she is . Safe on meds and you have finally cleaned her room because you have been outed I will not apologize  for loving my child . Natasha Brown could had been injured or injured others because  of your lack of leadership.
