This petition is to protest against the mandated law against only using one utility company LGE and KU. Now, I know the comeback would be but we won’t have electricity. This is false, if we allow a free market for other companies to healthily compete for business there would be even more variety. This is common for businesses which also doesn’t harm the common man we should be allowed choice in Utility companies just like phones and internet. Let the PEOPLE decide what they want if they want government help do an application process just like everything else don’t force a WHOLE state to be under one company and force the tax hikes and higher rates on 3 million people even when they use the least amount of electric and gas. So, we have a voice as people as citizens to speak up and we have our future generations to fight for.
