Request DC Delegate Norton to invite WMATA Whistleblower to 7000 Hearing

Dear Reader,
I am asking for your help to convince DMV public figures to include me, a Federal Transit Safety Whistleblower (National Transit Systems Security Act (N.T.S.S.A.) 6 U.S.C.), in the 2022 WMATA 7000 Hearing.
As of writing this Petition, WMATA is in hot water, again and Congress is asking for answers again. And, if history repeats itself, nothing is going to change.
After October 13, 2021, Derailment, WMATA came clean about the 7000 series wheel defect. The "2021 derailment" is not an isolated incident. On January 15, 2018, I was the first Road Mechanic to respond. After helping everyone off the derailed train and after reviewing the damage track, I knew something abnormal happen on MLK 2018. Sadly, WMATA did not come clean, actually they lied during January 25, 2018 preliminary meeting.
What I saw on January 15 was not normal.
In 2019, I told both WMSC about the January 15 2018 derailment. I explained how the derailed train traveled 800 ft. Two years later, the same thing happened.
As Facebook Whistleblower, Frances Haugen shed a light on Facebook's toxic culture, and how they misled the public. I will like to do the same.
Unlike FB whistleblower, the META company did not use their Medical Programs to violate her Civil Rights. honestly, Facebook is Smurf village compared to WMATA toxic culture.
In November 2020, I amended my NTSSA complaint and DOL accepted/Added a new claim under The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act Section 1158. WMATA uses their medical program to silence and any person who tries to speak out or step up.
At the very least, Congress needs to demend WMATA to answer the following questions.
- When is WMATA planning to finalize the Janrary 15, 2018 Derailment?
- Why did they not tell their employees about the 7000 Wheel Defect?
- Is there any other 7000 design failure or other issues that WMATA is keeping from the public?
- Is there anything that can cause the public to lose faith in WMATA and cause their Transit Bond Rating to drop?
Inspired by Frances Haugen, I too submitted internal documents to SEC. (SOX Wire frued, Medical Fraud, DBE fruad, more)
Maybe if Metro economy is threatened, then they will address their toxic work culture, stop violating employees civil rights and truly work towards a safe transit company ¯\(º_o)/¯
