We are tired of continously complaining and reporting the above issue, the illegal connections get removed and within 24 hrs are reinstalled again, as residents that live around the area, we feel threatened for our own safety,especially when our power trips off on an ongoing basis, and takes hours before it's restored, most of us work from home with elderly parents, children,domestic workers, etc, we feel both threatened during the day and even more at night when we are most vulnerable
