Changing the exams format of spm 2021 is not really a good idea. We even experienced the effects of changing exam format in 2019 pt3 and 2016 upsr. We knew that, these specific exams mentioned up there have the less percentange ever. Therefore changing the spm format at this situation (pandemic) would cause extreme negative impact on 2021 batch spm students as well as the whole country, and we believe that everyone agree with us.

First of all, 2021 spm candidates not prepare for this new format and not even get a chance to prepare as we are still under mco. Most of the students still not even get to know the new format of exams as during this pandemic teachers can't really reach all students to explain format. We never know when this pandemic will end as it is unpredictable. What if its continues, and the students never get to know the new format ? And when the students can start preparing for new format then ? In fact this will push student in dire straits. Besides that, this also could be site where students get stress and mental exhausted.

Apart from that, this pandemic has caused direct impacts on income due to workplace absenteeism and reduction in productivity. And this also cause our country's economy to fall and make many employees to become jobless, even many people suffering to find a job. And we all knew this format change could have impact heavily on students result and will cause students to get a bad result. Thus, it would be much more harder to find a job in future. In that case, the number of jobless people would increase as well as the number of poor people. And our country will start consider as poor country. Also under those circumstance, our country could have face financial and tourism problems. Finally, our country will see an extreme economy fall.

In conclusion, we clearly can see those negative impact from changing format. We hope everyone agree to us and kindly asking to bring back the previous format.
