Presently anyone can create a Covid-19 Test Results Account using anyones MB Health Card as long as one hasn't been created already.   It happened to me.  This petition is to bring to the attention of the Provincial Government that changes need to be made to a health system that allows a form of government issue ID being the Manitoba Health Card to be used and accounts made by people other than card holder.   Not only that but once an account is created it is impossible for the account to be deleted without the request of the person who created the account and that may not be the card holder.   This system allows for people in abusive realationship or people getting out of them to be the target of abuse.   Mom's, dad's and children many not have access to their own medical infomation as a result of this breach of security and privacy.
