We the undersigned wish it to be known that we OPPOSE the April 21 revised application for rezoning of the property bordering Rogers Bridge Road at Bell Road. (RZ 14-006 and RZ 14-007)
As concerned and informed citizens, we respectfully oppose the revised Rezoning Petition RZ-14-006 and RZ 14-007 as submitted on April 21, 2014 to the City of Johns Creek. The proposed zoning plan is not consistent with the Shakerag Character Area of the Johns Creek Comprehensive Land Use Plan and is considered wholly unacceptable to the undersigned citizens. The impacts of this rezoning will, in our estimation, negatively affect our quality of life, the environment, traffic flow and transportation, school enrollment and set troubling precedents for future development in the City of Johns Creek, especially in the pastoral, undeveloped Bell Road parcels.
To preserve the integrity of this area and protect the many neighborhoods and Johns Creek citizens that will be negatively impacted by the implementation of this overly dense plan; we urge our Johns Creek City Council Members to DENY this particular rezoning petition.
