Ending the twice yearly time change AFTER the "Spring Forward" in 2018.

Twice a year, most of America and other countries are effected by Daylight Saving Time. As a result, we're exhausted, late (or early) to appointments, and it's been shown to cause confusion in business as well as adverse health effects. Since being implemented in 1916, the time change has been challenged several times and simply no longer fit's into today's society. I'm looking to PERMANENTLY end the time changes AFTER the "spring forward" in 2018 so we can get the longer summer evenings.
