1. The Director and members of administration in the Anglican Diocese educational section have made it quite clear that they don't want Ms. Archer to be the principal of St. Anne's School, a position that she acquired during the pandemic and has performed quite well considering what she and many others were up against.
2. It seems like the Director Mrs. Davies wants to see St. Anne's fail through many decisions made regarding the school's affairs and their running of the school... Many very competent teachers have also been told they would have to leave and then the principle as well.
3. The removal of these educators has left a "horrible taste" in the mouths of many alumni, parents, alumni parents, teachers and definitely the students.
4. The administration of the Anglican education system has to be dealt with. Many parents have had problems with Mrs. Davies and her administration and the poor decisions she has made for St. Anne's School. The Bishop needs to make some drastic changes to this administration and fast.

5. This is no way to treat a person who has served the Anglican system over many years. She is the link between the alumni and the present students.
She was judged harshly after only a few months.
Many Alumni have brought their own children back to St Anne’s because of her.  We deserve to know what drastic things she did to be so brutally dismissed after so many years of service.

Ms. Archer has not only attended and graduated from St. Anne's.  She has spent 37 years in total in the Anglican Educational System.  Also, she is an avid member of the Anglican Church.  She is definitely a true Blue Waves from childhood. 

This petition is being signed by parents, Alumni and students that wants Ms. Archer to remain in her respective position as principal and to make St. Anne's great again.
