Tye Compton is a profound advocate and individual within the campus community with regards to student advocacy. He has made major strides in the advocacy efforts on campus through the Blackburn protests and receiving academic amnesty last school year. He is a major leader on campus and has helped hundreds of Howard students receive answers that we have pleaded for since 2020. This summer, he was denied the opportunity to continue this work.
