Did you know that the town is considering two warrant articles regarding synthetic turf in Brookline?  One attempts to ban synthetic turf in Brookline. This is Warrant Article 24 and claims a number of things including, but not limited to, injuries are higher on turf, the heat on turf is dangerously high and we are exposed to PFAS chemicals that harm us.  This is full of mistruths, and no one would prefer playing on a Brookline grass field over any turf field. We can’t let old people make decisions for Brookline’s youth sports community.
