Dear Honourable Prime Minister Trudeau,

It has come to our attention that Canada intends to transfer Russian Gazprom gas turbine back to Gazprom (directly or via Germany). 
Russia insists the turbine is required to ensure a constant flow of natural gas into Germany, but there have been a number of reports suggesting this is just a bluff.

We urge you, Prime Minister, to continue standing with Ukraine. 

Handing the gas turbine over to Gazprom is playing into Russian hands.

Ukrainians suffer daily from the Russian tanks and rockets. Hundreds of Ukrainian children have been killed by Russia. Profit Russia makes from selling natural gas and oil, fuel this war. 

Instead of appeasing president Putin, we urge you to impose harsher sanctions on the Russian Federation, in addition to keeping the gas turbine in Canada.
