STEPHEN DELVALLE PENA once again groped a elderly women also did terroristic threats against an American witch includes sexual threats. He is currently in rikers island fighting a case. We the people must make sure he does not get away with his horrendous acts . His democratic motivated attacks against the Spanish community must not go unpunished ! WE WANT HIM TO FACE ATLEAST 5-15  years in prison WE MUST UNITE AS AMERICANS TO GET THIS CRIMINAL GROPER OFF THE STREETS OF CORONA FOR GOOD !

In the past he was convicted of groping 10 separate women within a hour a Guinness world record(most groping crime within a hour)he also 2 years later was arrested for gun possession with the intent to use against another , with assaults including sexual. Now he is on a new case for a new groping incident(attempted rape) and terroristic and sexual threats.
