Donegal is hugely isolated and the angiogram  service is an essential health requirement. People will die on the sides of roads on their way to Sligo Galway or Dublin. Those who have no health insurance will pay a terrible price for this. Our community deserves better than from the 6th busiest hospital in Ireland
