Everyone who works here needs Slack.  Slack is an integral part of the culture here. Moving to teams not only removes all the Slack integrations, groups, notifications, channels and processes that we have spent years setting up, but also the ability to search history which have important discussions and knowledge.  Slack is more than just a chat tool in this organization, it is a large part of what enables and empowers us to be a remote company that can operate effectively.
