We the undersigned residents of UNION CITY BOROUGH, request that council does not change the pickup time for refuse collection in the borough. It was originally set at 6:00 AM many years ago.  This time was agreeable and worked for Waste Management, Racoon Refuse, and Kicker Disposal. Now, a new company has been awarded the bid and wants to change the times even though the ordinance was in effect when they bid. They are currently waking people several hours earlier. .  Please consider the  quality of life of the citizens of Union City who elect you to represent them and leave the time at 6:00 AM.
