We are asking for the Stonecreek community to please help us petition our current HOA to let us keep our backyard structure as-is - at least until the HOA board switches over to the neighborhood and we are able to appeal these backyard / patio rules. 

We did not build this structure and only found out about this violation days before closing on our home, with the understanding that parts of the structure were approvable per the current HOA. 

We love this community and our home and feel that taking down the backyard structure would devalue the home. We don't feel that the current structure detracts from the current aesthetic of the neighborhood as it's not visible from any road. Please help us keep our backyard!
