Michelle Carter was ONLY sentenced to a 15-month stay at Bristol County jail in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, in early 2019. Carter's fate hinged on Judge Moniz's belief that Roy's previous attempt at taking his life and preoccupation with such acts had no bearing on her role in the death. What a load of crap and Judge Moniz found Carter guilty of involuntary manslaughter in August 2017 and sentenced her to 15 months in prison.Just three months before her official release, Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson freed her due to good behavior.

Let’s not forget that Carter sent texts with her friends Samantha Boardman and Lexie Eblan which included questions about whether portable generators could produce enough carbon monoxide to kill a person. Carter also convinced the two girls that Roy was already missing and she believed him dead. Meanwhile, Carter and Roy texted each other throughout the day, with her urging him to purchase a specific device to end his life via carbon monoxide poisoning. The machine they spoke about was ultimately used by Roy to commit suicide. Carter instructed Roy to "get back in [the car]" when he expressed nervousness about poisoning himself with carbon monoxide on the night of his death. Carter talked to and spoke on the phone to Roy before he committed suicide by Carters suggestion of ways Roy could kill himself! 

Carter latched on to the high school drama-musical television show Glee, especially the real-life death of star Cory Monteith and the reaction of his costar and girlfriend Lea Michele. Many of Carter's interactions with Roy and her friends included direct quotes from the television show. 

After Roy's untimely end, Carter texted a line from Michele's interview with Ellen DeGeneres in regards to Monteith, passing it off as her own words about her long-distance beau: "He was the greatest man I ever knew and I literally lived every day feeling like the luckiest girl in the world.".Testimony provided by Carter's friends characterized her as a lonely girl looking for attention. Classmates found her to be odd and several female friends reportedly felt Carter became obsessed with them quickly.

Carter is responsible of Roy’s death! She could of stopped him, not telling someone he planned on killing himself and actually telling Roy he should kill himself doing so how Carters idea of how! She should not be out of jail! She should be in prison! Carters direct worlds was 

“His death is my fault like honestly I could have stopped him. I was on the phone with him and he got out of the car because it was working and he got scared and I f**king told him to get back in.“

Carter is a psychopath and should NOT be in the general public! She needs to be in locked up  preferably in a mental hospital or jail! I do not feel safe having Carter being free! This is a petition for Judge Moniz to put Carter back in jail as she is unsafe to the general public! If Michelle Carter did this to any of Judge Moniz’s child he would of had Carter serve the actual sentenced she deserved! She needs to be in jail atleast 20 years and not let out until she is deamed she is not a psychopath and actually does have a self conscious and be able to feel empathy for others!
