Officer Mitchell and Pepper are beloved members of our ETSU community. Officer Mitchell will be retiring from his full time position soon, but wants to stay on part-time so that he can bring Pepper around campus. Unfortunately, he has not been able to get a part-time position due to "funding." We implore ETSU to find a way to keep Officer Mitchell and Pepper at ETSU as they are a vital part of campus and bring so much joy to students, faculty, and staff.
