Blue Cross Blue Shield is threatening to terminate Dr. Viki Resler White from in network participation.  She is the only chiropractor in Enid who provides manual chiropractic adjustments for Blue Cross Blue Shield.  The Oklahoma law states that a provider must be available within a 75 mile radius.  

Dr. Viki has been in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield for over 25 years.  She treats hundreds of blue cross patients and would like to continue.  

Recently, the workload caused by offering to provide covid testing on a large scale for our community resulted in our inability to provide copies of records to blue cross in a timely manner (They were requested on a large scale after covid.)  We have apologized for our oversight and have provided the records they requested, however they are still threatening to terminate our participation in network.
