IT HAS ALREADY BEEN REMOVED!!

On the 12th May 2022, I found out my dad had been in an motor accident on the A38, near ST.BUDUEX in Plymouth. He died at the scene directly beneath the footbridge. 

Many family and friends have taken little keep sake down to the bridge, to make a memorial for my dad. He has a squirrel, a t-shirt and some artificial flowers. It isn't a lot, but it means a lot to me, that we have things down to remember who he was and now no long is. Everything at the memorial has been properly attached to the footbridge and will not become a obstruction to anyone. 

The highways agency is asking that we remove the memorial or they will take it down. Their reasons for removing the memorial is because, they believe it will encourage more people to visit it and take their own lives. I do not believe this to be true. 

I am currently trying to contact the right MP in order to get some official help in this matter but I am being passed from one person to the next. It is becoming extremely frustrating for me as I do not want someone else to take away yet another thing from me. 

Please please help me to keep this memorial in place for my dad, so that i have a place to go and show my respects. It will mean the world to me, his family and friends.
