Millersville Faculty and Students are still at risk of getting Covid-19 and by not having a mandate we can expect to see an outbreak that will lead to shutdown and return to online courses. While this appears to be a primarily political move in the wake of the Lancaster county decision to lift the ban. The fact that cases have lowered in the last 7 days in a disease that can take up to 15 days to present symptoms is no reason to lift the mandate. This mandate is one of the few things preventing the spread.
