A majority of the Senior parents and students feel it would be best to keep Graduation for 2023 on the original date set or choose another weekend date. We understand that the original date is Mother's Day and do not have an issue with this. The new date is set for a Tuesday night and we feel it would be an issue for family wanting to attend as most would not be able to make it in on this date. This would I'm sure upset a lot of the graduates to not have those key family members able to witness such great accomplishments. Also, the class of 2023 has 90+ students and with the start time set for 7pm on a weekday, that would make for a very long ceremony. Perhaps it could be changed to the Saturday(5/13) before or the following Sunday(5/21).
