The little girls need their father and the whole situation just seems unfair.

Because his status changed when he became an adult and married an American citizen if INS had done its job they would have had the knowledge to prevent this absurd situation! Release him! Set the date for his test to become citizen and stop this obamanation of justice!

Manny was a friend of mine growing up. I know who he used to be and I am proud of the father that he has become. There is no need to repeat the cycle that he went through as a child upon his child. I can vouch for the fact that his parents weren't around. There are plenty of scumbags in this country that are citizens of this great country. Let them take his place. Good luck buddy!

A person with a family and working in the U.S. and who has paid for past digressions should not be harrassed and freed immediately to take care of his family, He is not a menase to society; therefore, set him free. Stop trying to make criminals out good people.

Immigration reform is way over due, he made a silly mistake as a kid and we seem to think all kids are perfect. If the other kids didn't get in trouble then the judge was wrong to hear the case and this shouldn't even be a crime
