This girl is not a corpse. Treat her like a human being. Her family sees her improving. Just give her a chance darn it! What is to be hidden that you are digging her grave ahead of time????

Because every one has a right to live and thier family have the right to know the truth about what happened to thier little girl. If the hospital is to blaim they should pay the price for the loss of thier child. People are not experiments to use as the hospital please if we do not give our bodies to science why should we pay the price of loosing our child because of a human error. Dr´s have a way of covering up other Dr´s mistakes and that is not right or just.

I believe the family should have the opportunity to do what they believe is right & more importantly, if a FETUS who hasn't seen daylight can have people voting to keep them alive, why can't this young lady be kept alive by any means necessary? She has a family that loves her, friends that miss her, teachers that teach her, etc. Jahi is human being that deserves much better than this.

God Bless Jahi Mcmath and her family - I pray that God will just bless you all with a miracle and prove the rest of the world wrong.
These parents are fighting for their child to live even at the smallest chance and hope that she will come out of it. I would not just let my child die because the rest of the world has an "opinion" about it, we are not in their shoes. She's the mother - she knows if there is hope or not, support and let her fight for her child to live.

As a mother, I understand loving your children more than the air your breath. I have been thinking long and hard about Jahi's situation and have read numerous comments both in support of keeping Jahi on life support and those who wish to take her off. Unfortunately this is a terrible gut-wrenching situation and there are no “winners”. I understand the doctor’s side however at the end of the day, I think it should be the mother’s ultimate decision to make about her child. Thank God we live in a free county that gives us rights about life and death. The pro-choice vs. pro-life debate is one that will go on forever, however I think in this circumstance both sides can actually agree. Pro-life people should be supporting the “life” of Jahi and pro-choice advocates should be fighting for her mother to be able to “choose” what medical treatments should be done for her daughter. Like I said, not an easy situation for anyone involved, however if it were me, I would want to have the final say about my children, not the courts or doctors. So sorry to all the family/friends and medical staff involved.
