On August 6th news broke out that Isabella faith rocha was going to be moved stores against her will at little Caesar’s. She has led the store and exceeded the expectations that were put in place. Not only has she improved the store, but she created a safe space and a loving environment. Her job title was co-manager, but being as she overtook the title as manager without the pay, her work was being over looked. We are hopeful that with this petition, our supervisor will rethink the transfer and keep Isabella at the store(maywood) she is in now and hopefully give her the raise deserves as well as her own store(maywood)
