With the amount of turnover we are currently experiencing within PUCO, the school can't sacrifice one of its greatest educators for an administrative role. Good educators are hard to come by, so why would we move one of the best to a position that pulls him out of the classroom? Administrators don't need to have a teaching background. Find someone who isn't fundamental to the student's foundation in optometry to fill the position.
