In Jan., 2023 Safe-T IL will take effect allowing criminals to walk out of jail across the state without bail. Some offenses that will no longer require bail are:

1) Drug  induced murder

2) Burglary

3) Kiddnapping 

4) Arson

5) Aggravated Fleeing 

6) Aggravated DUI 

7) Aggravated Battery 

7) intimidation

8) Robbery 

9) second degree homicide 

Let our elected officials know that the people of the state of IL are against this. We have the power to change this in Nov.
