Planning board has approved eight major waivers to our voted upon ordinances to build a 29 unit condo project for 55+ including acreage, density, number of buildings, height of buildings, space between buildings, set back from Moore park, pedestrian access and open space requirement. This is set in the 4 Corner area. 
This is more than small waivers and will change the small town look of Candia. The developer stated this this project is within the “spirit and intent” of the town ordinances.  And reasons for 5 of waivers “given the increasing Cost of land, building materials and project development labor, there is an unbearable economic hardship which is certainly an unreasonable hardship if this waiver is not granted”
