On October 24th I got pistol whipped, beat, robbed, and was attempted to be shot but his gun misfired. The guy who did this to me was on an ankle monitor when this happened due to other charges.
He has contested being mentally ill, and after numerous evaluations and court dates; the judge decided he is in fact incompetent� I have court on the 18th again for his final placement. 
He will either be hospitalized or put into an in home public treatment facility ON AN ANKLE MONITOR. This guy needs to stay locked up. 

I’m not his first victim. I won’t be his last.
