Dear friends,
My family and several families on Cape Cod have been victims of Daniel Muldoon, a Brewster man who has been charged with numerous sex crimes:
- Assault to commit Rape
- Possession of Child Pornography,
- Multiple counts of photographing unsuspecting nude persons
- Aggravated Burglary
We have learned that Mr. Muldoon is negotiating a plea deal.
We are concerned that the crimes related to sexual assaults may be dropped in return for Mr. Muldoon pleading guilty to the other charges, which would allow Mr. Muldoon to avoid registering as a sex offender.
We believe Mr. Muldoon should be a registered level 3 sex offender so if he lives near you or works near your home, you will know.
Please sign this petition asking the judge overseeing this case to deem Mr. Muldoon a level 3 registered sex offender.
