On 4-7-22 union employees for HMS Host in Kansas City international airport had a new contract voting. This included all hourly and tip union associates. Union employees were not aware of some of the changes that were being made in the contract that included on losing a job title that they have had since starting the company and union. Hourly associates also got to vote on things that did not pertain to them. Losing a title will give majority of the tip associates less shifts to pick from for their time they have put into the company. It will impact their family and incomes. No union employee was given a copy of the new changes to review before or even after the bid time.
