Recently, due to COVID-19 the online version for KCON was announced as KCONTACT 2020. To assist  and take part of the benefits you have to pay for a membership via their YouTube channel. However, when the people who paid for the membership and were minors (below 20 years old) tried to participate in the benefits for "early birds" (people who bought the membership between 1-10 June) found that they couldn't because they were under 20 years old. They didn't know this beforehand. 

They didn't announce these requirement properly before paying for the membership, so people who are underage feel disappointed and scammed. These people under 20 years old just want to have the opportunity to participate in these activities, and want KCON to ask their parents to sign a permission form for them to have a live video call with their favorite artists.
