The Appalachian high school students along with Appalachian high school student parents are demanding we need a homecoming dance. The students attending Appalachian high school mainly the seniors are really wanting the homecoming dance this year because we get no pep rally’s and have agreed to having no pep rally’s. We have let go of a lot of things this year because of COVID 19. All we ask is to give the students at Appalachian high school in grades 8-12th grade a homecoming dance. It’s the seniors last year of high school and the eight graders first homecoming dance. There are so many great memories made at the homecoming dance! Yes, we understand COVID is getting bad but it’s not fair to have a homecoming game or a homecoming court and things like that so why not have a homecoming dance. It makes no since. So please if you attend Appalachian high school or understand where we are coming from sign this petition and send to everyone you know! Also if we have a homecoming dance this year it’s a semi formal dance!
