This is common sense. I'm tired of administration making decisions that directly endanger those under them.

I work in a public library and we have been open to the public fo a month now. Thankfully my branch isn’t busy and we don’t have as many cases here as in other parts of the US, but I know that it could get worse here and we could close again.

Libraries are the centers of their community. And the Librarians & Library workers are the integral working part of their library. Without the people you have no library! Human lives are more important than books and a building.

I want communities to stay safe. We are really seeing the ways in which libraries are a band aid solution to society's failures. You can put a band aid on a pandemic.

Libraries are community leaders and should set an example for others by protecting staff while still providing services. Without library staff a library is just a warehouse for books. Keeping staff safe keeps communities safe. #ProtectLibraryWorkers

As a library feel the opening of the library when the cases are increasing every day is a very dangerous situation for us we are on a very high risk to get infected and take that to our families , and also coworkers.
