We the people of Blount County Alabama would like to inquire about another source of internet. Otelco seems to hold a monopoly over our area leaving it or satellite internet  (which isn't covered in most rural communities) our only option.  Due to covid, more and more people, students and the like, are having to work from home. Otelco has proven itself to be an unreliable service as it often has connectivity issues.  

Other providers we would like to see include but are not limited to Charter, Spectrum, AT&T U verse, etc. including Fiberoptic services.
