Kauhale Makai Board of Directors

Owners of Kauhale Makai request the Board of Directors conduct the legally required annual meeting for our association.

The last annual meeting was held in June 2019, and since then we have had more than 25% new owners buy in Kauhale Makai.

We need to allow all owners (old and new), to democratically elect in all new board members, as every board seat has been up for re-election for more than a year.

It is the boards responsibility to owners to hold an annual meeting.  Maui legislation was updated to accommodate COVID and allow annual meetings to be run fully remotely, allowing ALL owners to participate in the meeting.

(If the board continues to delay an annual meeting, we as owners can help drive the scheduling of an annual meeting by having at least 25% of owners sign this petition).

Please accept this petition of owners requesting that the legally required meeting be held ASAP.
