I Cody Valpoon started this petition on behalf of my kids Lokahi Lawai’a and Lihau, to make the ultimate effort to show cause to the state as to why it would be in the best interest for the three minor childrens physical and custodial rights to be awarded to me. I am reaching out to my community to please help me get my kids back home where they belong  by signing this u agree that awarding Cody k Valpoon full physical and custodial rights for Lokahi k Valpoon Lawai’a k Valpoon & Lihau k Valpoon is of of childrens best interest. As a modern kanaka I strive to instill our culture on the keiki teaching them to have respect and aloha ,  if I was awarded full custody I would like to share our accomplishments along with other achievements that we had accomplished and over come as  reunited ohana. I will show all there academics report  and will also have then participate in extra curricular activities.  I will promise to provide a safe home for them and continue to teach them how to live pono.
