Hi my name is Ashley, I have lived in Long Island for over 18 years and I want to do as much as possible to keep our community safe during this chaotic time in the world. Children around the world are dying because of the COVID-19(SARS) virus and parents choose not to get their children vaccinated. As a doctor for over a decade in family medicine, I know WE NEED to have a mask mandate in  our NY schools because it is absolutely vital for the heath and well-being of our students.
