A student who does not want to take the vaccine should not be forced to take it by putting the vaccine mandatory. We want to have the option of whether if we want to take the vaccine or take the test every 7 days. It feels like our right is being taken away from us for those who do not want to take the vaccine. The enforcement of the vaccine is wrong. Us students are asking where are our legal protection one from our school, two from our states, and three from our government. We should not be forced. According to the 14 amendments, it is stated, " No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws". By putting the vaccine mandatory at school is enforcing it. By putting the vaccination mandatory, my right, the 14th amendment has been violated.
