I understand the importance of the skilled trades. Safe environment of the public and worker should be of utmost importance to the Liberal government. It's called skilled labour for a reason. Poll the liberal members of parliament and see what level of individual would they like to wire their home. Feel free to hire the person with a three week training in wiring. I'll stick with someone thoroughly qualified. Another naive and uninformed decision by the liberals, they need to start recognizing education outside of the academia. We have enough unemployed teachers oops they are all in the government
