Change ODSP Legislation

There is a rule under the current legislation of the Ontario Disability Supports Program which states that if a recipient and another party are living together, the recipient MUST record any income made by the other party.  That anything the other party makes over $200.00 net per month, it comes off the recipients check.  Not only does this rule not make any sense, it is also unjust.  Why should an O.D.S.P. recipient be docked for any amount over $200.00 net if he/she didn't even earn it themselves?
