Car thieves are just getting away with what they do with little to no punishment. Oregon, especially the Portland metro area is getting worse day by day and I don’t see a change happening so I want to make one. Tell me how many people do you know that got something stolen in 2021? What happened, did you get justice. I know 3 people who got their catalytic converter stolen in the span of one month not including myself. When is this epidemic going to stop. We need real punishments for real crimes, not just a slap on the wrist that encourages more bad behavior.
