Help me begin... "JOEY'S LAW"

Child Custody Orders are RARELY TO NEVER ENFORCED! When one parent keeps ( Alienates ) the child from the other parent we are told to call the police. Almost Always the Officers say, " I am sorry you'll need to go back before the Judge this is a Civil Matter " and their is almost always at minimum a THREE MONTH WAIT (SOMETIMES LONGER). Well... thats where i just came from & got this Court Order ???

 In the meantime, the child can't see BOTH parents and the CHILD(REN) IS HURTING TOO !!

Its a never ending Circle. OUR CHILDREN ARE BEING HURT BY ALIENATING A PARENT !! 

We go to court specifically to prevent any issues in custody exchange.This makes NO SENSE. Right now its simply just a paper with a Judges Signature because when you call for help the police will not get involved! The Judge takes alot of time determining where & when parents will have/share custody, making sure its safe for the child(ren). Once the Judge signs/orders we NEED ENFORCEMENT!! 

Police need more leverage to be able to act on these orders and/or NEED TO BE DIRECTED to act on these orders.

Something NEEDS to change so our Children can grow up knowing and being loved by both parents &  Family's!

I am in Pa. & plan to do everything I can to fix this "loop hole" in Child Custody Orders. I will research and do the same for any other State(s) that has this problem. 

PLEASE HELP BY SIGNING THAT YOUR IN AGREEMENT SO I CAN BEGIN A VERY LONG BUT ESSENTIAL journey to help everyone who's lives are being destroyed by this problem.
