Whether you are playing a game or using a fun-app on the website, the first thing that you are supposed to do is, 'give access to' whatever Facebook asks for. If you act as a rebel and defy the permission, you will not be allowed to use the said app/game. According to reputable website http://ohfact.com/interesting-facts-about-facebook/ Facebook even tracks your location and combines it with other factors like your school, college and stuff so as to suggest recommended results with similar location, traits, likes, dislikes, etc. Though this may sound completely normal, it compromises a lot of our personal-private-data.
A lot of research has been conducted, numerous articles have been written on the matter; still, no serious measure has been taken to address the issue. With crime rate always on the high, the loopholes (whether deliberate or not), have made us vulnerable to many potential threats, either physical or cyber. It is high time that we care about our privacy, otherwise it might be too late.........
