Karnataka State Government has announced a scheme called - Mukhyamantri Santwana - 'Harish' Scheme (MSHS).

Objective of this scheme: To give immediate and instant Medical Treatment/Relief for the victims of the Road Accidents during "Golden Hour".

This scheme has been limited to few network hospitals around the state. I request Karnataka State Government to provide this facility through out all hospitals around the state. And please make it mandatory that every hospital should provide this scheme.

Yesterday my friend Rohith met with a road accident. He/his friends who were there with him at the time of accident weren't aware of such scheme available from Government and he got admitted in Apollo Hospitals, Bannerghatta road. Unfortunately Apollo hospitals have denied to provide such scheme as they do not fall under the list of network hospitals providing this facility.

If this list is been restricted to only fewer hospitals, then there is no use of providing such scheme. As at the time of road accident, no one would search for hospitals which fall under the above list, rather admit the casualty to nearest super speciality hospital.

The government has to provide this facility across the state to help people who are financially challenged.

Most of the people aren't aware about the availability of this scheme, this has to be advertised to create awareness among people.
