KARNATAKA RATNA AWARD enhanced its VALUE by honoring it to   Dr. Puneet Rajkumar on November 1 2022 after a long gap of 12 years.  It would have been of great respect if Government had recognized this when he was alive, now our humble appeal to the Government of Karnataka, let us take a OATH henceforth to recognize with due respect every year to the achievers during their lifetime.
